Items listed as “Available on Backorder” are made to order and may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.
Items listed as “Out of Stock” are not available. In certain circumstances an “Out of Stock” item can be replicated as a custom order. If you interested in this option use the contact form to send a request.
Jewelry should not be stored in a humid environment such as a bathroom. It is best to avoid wearing your jewelry while showering, swimming, sleeping, cleaning, or exercising. Contact with harsh chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, and cleaning products is not advised.
Silver jewelry will oxidize over time and will naturally develop a patina.
Oxidized silver pieces may brighten to a silver finish with natural wear and tear. Oxidized jewelry can easily be refinished when necessary.
To clean, soak jewelry in warm water with a mild soap and gently brush with a soft-bristled brush.

International shipping to most countries is available upon request. There is an additional cost associated to shipping outside of the United States. Please send an email prior to placing your order to confirm shipping is available to your location.
All import duties/taxes associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
In stock orders can be returned in original and unworn condition if I am notified within 3 days after the customer received the package. Returns must be authorized via email prior to being sent by the customer.
Returns requested after 3 days will be decided on an individual basis.
Custom ordered jewelry pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Jewelry items over $1000 may not be eligible for return or exchange, please check the shop listing for further details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable shipping method when sending returns. KelseyGrape jewelry can not be held responsible for lost packages.
